They did not reply to my emails to cancel my order for a week, they pretty much waited on until the product was shipped to ask if I wanted to cancel it. Then would not reply about the return process.

When I finally found the return address and returned it , I finally received an email stating that they could not cancel my order because it was already shipped (this was 15 days after I had initially tried to cancel my order and a week after they had received my returned product).

They are so slow and unresponsive and really only want your money. They do not care about their customers.
