Wanted a refund for Master Biology online. Requested the refund less than 20 minutes after buying it by mistake.

A week later I had to call because no one contacted me. She said I would have my refund in 3-5 business days. Called today, another week later, because I didn't have it. They said I had false information and that it would take 7-10 business days for them to process my refund.

This is ridiculous. I'm a college student. I don't have all this money just lying around. I don't know of ANY other company that takes 3+ WEEKS to refund a simple online transaction.


They clearly do not care about their customers. I feel like I am getting the runaround and that my refund will never show up.

Avoid this business at all costs (your costs).
