Tried to pay for MyLab for a college course and it kept rejecting my credit card...there was nothing wrong with it.
The error was 'Sorry, We are unable to process your request. Please contact Customer Support'
Had to submit the problem AND then was given the phone number to call. Was on the phone for over one hour and was not able to get anywhere and they couldn't figure it out. I kept repeating myself as they were stuck on their script, finally, emailed them a screen shot of the page.
SERIOUSLY!! All this to give them my business! Wow, technology safes so much time. Just wasted about 2 hrs trying to buy a book and figure out what is wrong...and it still hasn't be resolved.
