My name is Allexis Dawson and I had so many problems with my math labs. The tool bar was always across the middle of the page sometimes I wouldn't even be able to fill in an answer to my question.

Everyday I pray it doesn't take five min to load each section of each question. If it even lets me in math labs in the first place most of the times it tells me I have to put in a password when I never had to put in a password it always directed me strait to my calendar/homework. But what really aggravates me is that I keep getting told to call Pearson Support so I keep doing so and every time I sit on the phone waiting forever this time I have been on the phone for 1 hr plus with it on speaker and I still haven't received any assistance. The number is (844) 292-7015.

I am a very pissed customer and I want every penny of my money back or for "the next available agent to assist me" so I can speak to someone in charge and get all of this mess settled.

If anyone from Pearson sees this will you please email me at adawson2@tctc.edu because I cant seem to get intouch with anyone myself that must be one of the many reasons you have a almost 1 star review! Why is Tri County tech still using this??

Reason of review: Very poor customer service and horrible quality!.
