Absolutely horrible company. Their customer service reps barely speak english and the support tech team has no idea how to deal with the problems that arise.

Each time I have called in regard to an issue with Pearson Lab they spend days trying to understand the issue and have no idea how to fix it. They said they will send the issue to the "second level" and they will be in touch, but we have yet to hear back from them and it has been 9 days, which means that I am now 9 days behind on my assignments! I asked to talk to management or the second level but they are never available to speak with. I paid to use this service and it has been the worst experience of my college career!

Product or Service Mentioned: Pearson Education Technical Support.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $125.

Preferred solution: Fix the system glitch so I can complete my assignments.

I didn't like: Customer service and, Online support.

I am also having the same issues. I contacted the company I am taking the classes through, they utilize Pearson now just within the last 30 days, and I am 8 days unable to log in to my eBook. Ridiculous!!
