I needed to return an unopened book because on the first day of class, we were told the book wasn't required. After a horrible one hour on the phone with customer service overseas, I was able to get a return label for UPS.

Before all that it took me at least an hour to find a customer service telephone number to call because the email support wasn't helpful at all. After tracking my book via UPS, I learned that Pearson received the book on 9/6/18. Today is 10/9/18 and I still have not received a refund back to my credit card. I've called several times and everyone says that it takes 6 weeks to receive credit that was issued on 9/12/18.

Really? It literally doesn't take that long....

I will never purchase from this company again even if the class requires it. I will just drop the class!!!
