It has been over 3 months and a full semester to get refunds for a class I purchased before finding the bulk deal for the same material. They have been a nightmare to deal with and keep transferring and hanging up on me.
No one there has a clue of what is going on. I still have not received the money ($216) which is a huge sum, especially for a poor college student. I have been told multiple times that they are sending the refund, but then it never comes. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau to help resolve this issue.
I was told by Paypal, who I purchased it through, that they might be trying to wait out the claim as you only have 180 days.
Luckily, Paypal is also now trying to secure my funds. I wish I would have just taken the initial hit and lost the money and not bought the bulk package after.
