I called technical support because my access code was incomplete. The last section of the code was completely cut off.

I was on hold for 30+ minutes. When I was finally able to speak with the technical support assistant, she hung up the phone before even saying, "Hello".

I also tried to use the live chat feature and it never connects me with an available agent. It states "We will assign you to an agent as soon as one is available".

This is very frustrating and I am upset with how unprofessional this company is. The employees have no customer service skills.
