I purchased a textbook, and was double charged for it due to some sort of "technical" error. I noticed that both were immediately charged to my account without them "processing" it.

I've tried, unsuccessfully to find a customer service number, and emailed them to request a refund, however I've received no response. I've had to file a dispute, which still hasn't been resolved, so for now they have taken $107 from me, twice, with only the one textbook. I'm appalled at the lack of customer service, why is there no one that I can call?

The "student support" is absolutely atrocious, and this company is a total scam. If any of my classes require me to use this ridiculous program again, I am absolutely dropping them, because it is not worth the hassle.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $107.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Textbook when it worked.

I didn't like: That they stole from me.

This happened to me as well! The shady thing is that it has no phone number for customers to call; just a complaint box and I have gotten no response or refund.
