I am very disappointed with the level of support that I receive from my rep here in Utah (Euan Black). He loves the orders but following up to make sure customers are satisfied lacks.

This type of unresponsiveness will lead me to evaluate other programs (competitors) for our school. I love your curriculum but not having the support, is frustrating. Also, in June we meet with College Board and other Secondary HS teachers, and I would make a note of that to share. For example, I purchased the program for Realidades 4 on Wednesday of this week and let the order person know that this program needed to be added to St.

Joseph Catholic HS on 1790 Lake Street and not Quincy.

My program is not available for me to add and I bet to say that it was added to the Quincy address. I was assured that by Friday the 4th of January, I would have access to this program.
