Ordered a book for college 08/20/18 website clearly stated in stock and my card would NOT be charged until shipped. Card charged only hours later and when i emailed customer service to ask when it will arrive, i was told its not on back order and won't receive it for approximately 30 days.

Yet again, their email stated my card will NOT be charged $212.02 until shipped.

Now customer service will not respond to emails and no refund. I called the only number i can find and its technical support who claim they cannot reach out to customer service nor can they give me contact information.

I'm disgusted and angered they are in business to rip off students.

They claimed they only "held" the funds but its actually been withdrawn and they finally responded to my email 2 days ago. Stated they reversed the "hold" and canceled my order yet I'm still short $212.02 from my account.
