Every customer support link leads you back to the same form, which only takes you in a circle of useless articles. I get trying to reduce the flood of emails such a huge company can have, but sometimes we actually know we need to talk to a person, or at least get a case #.
For a multi-billion dollar company it's embarrassing to have such a mediocre platform and truly terrible customer service approach. Not the agents, but the design of the system.
No, don't bother contacting me. With every ounce of power I have, I will do my best to avoid learning with and above all teaching or letting my school teach with such a clueless company.
