I was trying to login into Pearson to buy MyMathLab for my current semester. When trying to login, I got an error message saying I had the wrong login information. I selected forgot user/password, reset my password, and tried again. I continued to get the same error message. I reset my password twice and still can't get access. I also cannot create a new account with the same email.

Issues with a refund

The whole refund process took a while! The website isn't helpful, I tried to cancel my order maybe 5 or 10 minutes after I made it by mistake and realized it. First I followed the website instructions went to the contact us section sent them a message but there was no confirmation email or anything letting me know that the message went through. I wasn't sure if it was because it didn't work, so I tried again just to make sure. Still, nothing, so I started looking for a phone number. Nothing. I finally found a contact number here on pissedconsumer.com, I called but it was closed. I called again in the morning finally reached a rep after 10/15 minutes wait, explained my issue it wasn't the right department (k-12 instead of higher ed) so they transferred me I was on the phone waiting for over 45minutes before I got through to a rep. Turn out they send access code to the content by mail and my codes were already in the warehouse to be shipped. So I had to wait until it got home. I received the package a week later, then called back to get a refund and return the product. They said the refund should be processed within 10 to 15 days and ended up leaving me the package said I didn't have to return it. So I am now waiting for the refund. It was difficult to get there but I have to say, I talked to 3 different representatives in the process they were all outstanding, very helpful and courteous! So while Pearson makes it hard to reach live people to deal with issues, once you reach someone you actually get really good customer service.

Details
I ordered the SPA 115 MySpanishLab membership last semester. I used it for the last semester and I expected to already have the access code in there unlocked for the next class. My teacher told me to do the multi-semester option to save money since the class uses the same book. Very confused on how this works but I paid a lot of money, and my teacher keeps nagging me about getting this access code hopefully because I am falling behind.

I am STILL unable to access my chemistry course, even after the revision!

I signed in to my account to do Chemistry for the second time ever. Unfortunately, for some reason the course will not display anything beyond a small sentence: "Please wait, your course is loading." I waited for an HOUR and nothing happened, despite refreshing the course several times! Wtf Shrug I desperately need HELP! PLEASE!

Finally got in contact with someone but the problem persists and they couldn't two me more information on what or how they see trying to fix it. Apparently over 80% of their products were affected.
