Pearson Education - Extremely upset and frustrated - Company has many policy issues!

We ordered our school book order on 8/7/19, and paid with credit card. Apparently, it is the Company policy not to contact you if there is a payment issue - whereas every other company we have dealt with, they always contact us immediately if there is any issue with payment. So because they did not contact us, we wasted 3 weeks thinking our order was arriving. When I called to see what was going on, and found out, I then replaced the order on 9/12. I no longer wanted to give a card to avoid issues! Still have not received info., and communication is horrible!

i have ordered 5 books and paid all the amount including the shipping chargers. some how only 3 books reached and remaining were out of stock. they never wanted to inform this to customer. i had to called and followup from them. and subsequently they charged me 2 times of my courier charges. and recently they charges again for another book which i have paid already. as a result i had to suspend my credit card due to uncontrollable deduction from Pearson

Details
Bought a book which was supposed to have an access code included for $187.50. There was no access code to be found in the package. Phoned to discuss the issue and representative could barely speak or understand English. I also submitted an email request to be contacted about the issue and received an email back 10 days later that was written in broken English. I had to purchase the access code again for $135. because so much time had passed with our being able to resolve the issue. Very poor product packaging. Horrible customer service. Would not use this company again.

My access code was not working, so I tried calling the "24/7 Customer Service".........I was on the phone with them for a total of 2 hours and 14 minutes......and NOT ONCE did I talk to an actual person. The automated voice told me my wait time was 4 minutes. 4 minutes my *** I was on hold for so long that I eventually figured it out my own damn self. I've never had such bad customer service. To sum it up, this company is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, if you have an issue, your on ya own to fix it. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!@!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
