I've been having the same. problem.

Dropped a class the day after I bought a code and it's been 2 weeks and still nothing. They even sent me an email stating "Did we resolve your issue?" Uh, NO. I didn't even get a response from you people.

I can't believe colleges are still forcing students to use this overpriced *** program. Their customer service sucks and their products work horribly.

Terrible experience with financial lab. It will give you 0 points only because your formula doesn't match what they have programmed! I got crazy trying to figure out the mistake, however it just gave me 0 for correct answers only because I've calculated it differently....

After a research I've learned that there is a possibility to see your mistakes and resubmit the assignments again after correcting them, what I did and was able to improve the grades. I am very happy with a product now, it is just requires more detailed explanation how to write formulas when performing calculations
