Homework sucks
The questions are worded so incredibly poorly that you dont know what they want half of the time! The professor for my class spends most of the time just going through the homework questions and I feel like I dont know the reasons for anything whatsoever, not to mention the book explains nothing for me.

Ive never been more frustrated with homework in my life, OChem should not be the easier class but it unfortunately IS. (Probably because its not done with Pearson.)

Upset at interface
This has got to be the worst and most convenient way for professors to assign homework and learning. Not only is everything so extremely tedious, but it is such an un-intuitive program it's actually appalling.
Sure, there's tutorials, but thank you for adding more unnecessary monotony to your already piss-poor approach at learning. How is it piss-poor? You're designed to learn through trial and error by clicking on hints to actually understand problems that they just threw at you. Oh yeah, and its subscription-based to use its tools, so they expect you to pay money to actually understand the curveball questions they pull out of nowhere.
Professors should just make their own homework or tests (LIKE THEIR OWN BLACKBOARD DOESN'T ALREADY LET THEM DO IT) so they know what the students are to expect and can teach them accordingly.
Not everyone can learn by reading and visual aids, and your other learning tools are blocked behind a pay wall, and no student is functionally learning via constant negative feedback. This program is absolutely infuriating, and if you intend for your students to hate your class, use this program!

Can't login after I register and can't login afterwards.
This is a disgrace that schools still use this company after scamming people. Also, I contacted customer support (garbage and was on the phone for 2 hours) and gave up this is worse than banks!

Dissatisfaction
In all my years of schooling, I have never felt this much contempt towards an educational program. It only grants me great mental and physical pain when inputting answers in such abstract forms for such poorly worded and structured questions. When multiple students have no clue what the majority of questions are even asking - not caused by confusion towards the subject matter - but confusion towards what's even going on, it's time for the program to make a shift towards clarity instead of frustration.

Terrible customer service, no resolution.
Their "help resources" are outdated garbage, which is what prompted me to contact possibly the dumbest bunch of customer service representatives I've ever encountered. Terrible customer service.
Their representatives have no idea what they're doing.
80 minutes of waiting, no closer to a resolution than I was before I began. I hope I never have to use Pearson again.

I book ebooks on your webpage and was charged in US Dollars instead of Canadian Dollars and was asked to repurchase same books from my school's bookstore which I did.
now they have to refund the US Dollars to me and the ordeal I'm going through has been 4 good month and still no feedback from them.Toni of the technical team and Lawrence of the order management team are all aware.
now they have asked me to send them W9 and my bankers TD bank said W9 is only used in US but not in Canada so they gave me a signed bank details for refund which I sent to Pearson through the same email I recieved for that request.
it was later I was informed that my mail has been blocked because the mail has vital information.
I have sent several mails for another alternative but no response.why am I been purnished for no fault of mine.
I have to talk to my legal people to demand my money and interest for how long they have kept my money.time valu for money
