Pearson Education - NO *** PAGE NUMBERS!
Bought an eText. No. Page. Numbers. Go to search features so I can search the pages. IT IS GREYED OUT. YOU CAN'T USE IT. Try to contact customer service chat. 98TH IN LINE. There is no *** email to use for ongoing feedback. *** this company. I'm getting bootleg pdfs from now on. Monopoly *** scammers.

Access code and course i'd

First allow me to clear the air, I was not a pissed consumer. After the trial access, which I accepted after submitting my purchased code. The code needed to be resubmitted, and I was not aware that they would give a different code for the purchased code. But when I reached out to Pearson's technical support, I must say that the rep was very helpful and informative. At the end of the day I would like to thank that person and this company, for being accessible and attentive to my issue.

Bad website

When the next page button is (accidentally) clicked twice, the website gets stuck between pages and I have to reload it to get back to reading. Cant read textbooks on my phone (says browser not supported. Tried 2 different browsers). Long sign-in process. Once it blocked me from accessing the textbook for the course for no reason whatsoever, Ive been reading this textbook for about a month already and had access to it for the entire semester (4 month). Had to contact customer support to get this fixed.

No resolution to the problem

I want my students to have access to the Focus on Grammar course and nothing has worked after they registered. I have had several email exchanges and nothing has been helpful. Thousands of dollars for the program and have not been able to use it in three years. Although I love the Pearson literature books I cannot say anything close to that about the grammar books, and these are the books I need right now.

They rip off students

Pearson only allows rental of its textbooks for 120 days. I will be taking a proctored exam at the end of my coursework, thus I would need to rent it AGAIN to review the content before my exam. This is unacceptable. This company makes enough profit off of a 120 day RENTAL *** purchase. Never want to have to rent from these rip off artists again. It's not right.

Horrible customer service

I called to ask a simple question. Customer service said I needed an account to access the information, when clearly it was information that shouting be transparent to a future customer. They refused to try to help, hiding behind their excuses. Then I asked for a supervisor, who repeated the same BS! Then I asked for his name and ID number to be able to leave feedback, and he said they are not allowed to give that information out! So what are they there for? Made me no longer what to be a future customer of Pearson!

Ordered a book in loose leaf version. Order submitted one week ago. I paid for overnight shipping. No tracking information, no contact or updates from company. I paid for overnight shipping when I submitted the order on 8/31/23 at 1:30pm so I could use it for school ASAP. I want a an answer today and to be refunded the overnight shipping order. Have been trying to return something since March - still haven't provided a refund.

Can't get in contact with a person at Pearson. Returned the produce with a hand completed returns form - they've lost it and are asking for another. Returns form is a pdf - so will have to print out, populate, scan and send back... We are an advisory service and will be using and recommending other assessment publishers now and in the future. NIGHTMARE

Problem with E-text book

There is still an issue with the key terms. It will not give the definition. It still gives Server Error 404 File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or it's temporarily unavailable.
