Pearson Education - Mastering A + P: Waste of Time
Mastering A + P is one of the worst online programs I have ever used. The questions are convoluted and confusing. I have gotten a 100% on all my exams in this course so far but I can't get above a 90% on the online homework without cheating. Most of the time the questions barley have anything to do with the chapter and are incredibly specific. They do not facilitate a better understanding of the material at all. I just google the answers to save time. Overall Mastering A + P an absolute waste of time. It should be called mastering google because that's all you do with this junk.
Pearson Education - DO NOT PURCHASE
I have spent 4-6 hours trying to get the simple product I ordered...reading comprehension review questions for my high school student. First, I could log in and not access any materials. Now, I can't even log in!!! And they had me contact 5-6 different people to "work" it out. I mean...this should be VERY simple!!!!! I'm completely frustrated with the company and customer service.

Pearson Education - Worst customer service
Since the migration of Pearson Higher Education's new systems and business model, as a textbook buyer, I am unable to quickly get a customer service person the phone to explain order status if there is a problem, or whether or not a shipment has actually gone out, sometimes Oasis is not is sync with the warehouse. I was hung up four times and rerouted in the credit department, no one would talk to me about our account. The customer service department is very frustrating from a bookstore perspective, since we are no longer a valued customer, all we get is the run around. It is the worst situation for our college bookstores. I dread having to call to get any issue resolved, and their reference email really does not do me any good, and is not wanted.
