Need RMA for Return and Replacement

Need RMA # along with bar code to send to Pearson Returns in Cranbury NJ. The book should be replaced. If not please send refund. The book is, Programming Principles and Practice Using C++. The book was received yesterday (Sept 20). Tear damage on most pages up to page 38. This is first such experience at Pearson! College text book not received. Ordered Aug. 28. Today is Sept. 7. Classes have begun and students need the textbook and access codes for testing and are unable to do assignments.

They make it impossible to reach them by telephone for simple inquiries. You go through many prompts to eventually reach a number which is disconnected. It seems silly but this sort of thing which is obviously caused by corporate greed has become so widespread. It...

I have tried calling several times and get message that mailbox is full. This lets me not not to place an order.

You may never get it.

So, I would not place my order. This doesn't make me feel safe using a credit card.

Pearson Education - U SUCK
No one helped me. I have homework due tonight. This is ridiculous. I tried getting on through my schools website and it sent me to a page that says launch failed for one of the following reasons which isnt true.

Unable to Access Book and Homework for the semester

For my Econ course, there was an outage and I was not able to access my assignments. Then, when I purchased my book after the trial, I was unable to access with the request for me to buy my materials again. I would like a refund for me to repurchase my access code.

No option for actual help. Just a telebot repeating unhelpful information from website. Attempted to upload verification documents required. Unable to do so. Live chat just kept telling me to reset my password if I couldn't get into site. Was in. No place to upload info. Called and was only access a phone tree from he'll and it never got me to where I needed to be before it disconnected me.

User's recommendation: Can not recommend this company. Impossible to actually reach a person when the computer site is not helping.

Since I can't get approval to view text I will use a different company for my teaching needs. Very dissatisfied with this entire experience. Will not recommend anyone from our college using your company based on this experience.

Online Ebook help

Never received help. No way in talking to a live person over the phone or online chat. Still can't open the EBook that I've already bought. Classes start next week and the ebook doesn't work !!!

Code not working

It will not take calls from Kansas City VA paid for code and bookstore says call you they sold it and thats all. Its been 2 weeks Im so far behind Im failing! This so unfair
