Ive been trying to return an ebook i bought since it was the wrong one for my class and I am forced to email them because they have no number to call. I placed my inquiry in their "customer service" email support twice and havent heard back in a month.
Meanwhile i dont have a enough money to buy the book I need for my class. i have to rely on other students in my class in order to know what will be on my quizzes. its horrible mess. I might just fail because of this.
I almost have no hope that they will even respond to me at this point. Pearson has ripped me off and it seem like they purposely dont have a customer support number to get out of losing money from people like me who simply made a mistake.
