I just got off of a 41 MINUTE PHONE CALL with someone who was barely able to help me. It took her that long and me having to continuously repeat myself by explaining that her instructions weren't working for her to finally give me what I had explained I needed in the first minute of the call.
She just kept telling me to do the same thing over and over even after I told her that I didn't have that option on my screen. I had to actually yell at this woman for her to understand that she wasn't helping me. And it wasn't until I told her that I was going to want my money back if she couldn't help me for her to actually try something different. I'm only using Pearson because my college instructor requires that I use MyMathLab to submit our assignments.
Completely dissatisfied and I wasted 40 minutes of my night.
