Purchased the book thru Amazon 9780789754554. Installed the practice test software (local Windows).
Successful install Attempted login - see attached. Used the contact us to register issue on 11/1/2017 no response Today, I called support 1 800 677 6337 guessing I was routed to the 3rd party call center as the CSR was extremely English-challenged after 30 minutes... sorry, but we don't handle PearsonITCert issues. no response from that - hence the phone call this AM If no resolution in next 24 hrs, book goes back and will not use pearson products again. I've had other issues with Pearson Vue (apologies if they are not related..)
