I called to reschedule my CNA exam 8 days prior to exam date due to coming down with a bad cold with flu symptoms. Technically.

I am 62 unemployed with no healthcare . First I was told to hold on to see if the rules could be bent due to my sickness. After holding on 10 mins. The customer service rep comes back to see if I was still on the phone.

She asked me to hold on again for 5 more mins. Coming back on the phone to tell me I need a doctor's statement because Georgia State CNA Licensing was very strict. That of course was a bunch of crap. I call the State Licensing Board and was told that Pearson Vue made that decision to not reschedule.

A way to to keep someone money. Poor customer service.
