Locked out of my course twice now for no apparent reason. It says try again in an hour...

called pearson 24/7 support and tried chatting with an agent. Someone finally answered after being on hold for over 30 min. No one ever answered my chat request. I'm still on the phone with their customer service and she's really not that great either.

I'm typing this as I am on hold with the agent. Total time is now at 53:00. So I've been on the phone with her for probably 20 min and we have accomplished absolutely nothing. I just need to purchase access to the course because my temporary access has expired and every time I try it says I've been locked out.

Why can't I just buy it over the phone? I don't know she put me on hold when I asked that question.

Update... now on hold for an hour and she told me to wait an hour and try again!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
