Ordered a book package with lab.Was waiting.

Then received email saying it was on back order. Great. I decided to just cancel the order and order the online lab and get to work on my class, using the digital text online. That worked great.

HOWEVER, they sent me the first order and charged me $260 for the same thing I bought. No accountability that I can see. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get help. I will steer everyone away from buying from this company.

I have filed around five help requests and no one will contact me.disgusted with this criminal organization.

Monetary Loss: $260.

Preferred solution: You MUST take back this package deal. I canceled it, you sent it anyway, after I ordered just the online lab with digital text. Your policy says you don't take back labs. unopened. it is Pearson's mistake in sending it out. I am disable vet.
