Pearson customer service is the worst. I could write a book which they would assuredly not publish and if they did they would screw up the order.
I have an email with an order confirmation, billing confirmation and order number.
They can't seem to find anything. When I said I would gladly forward them their own confirmation e-mail to confirm everything they said they can't accept e-mails! This is an education company?...I'm still on the line with the 2nd customer service rep. Normally would just cancel but they have my money.
They have absolutely no idea how to handle this. Elementary business practices and services that require them to go back to school...
