Pearson Education - Didn’t get my book, charged my account. Refund

I ordered an access to my Econ, later on after I noticed I’m being overcharged some of costumer service stuff said I’m not going to be charged and everything is cancelled. Charge was still pending, after 3 days I’ve got an email that my orders has been shipped (I’ve never gotten it) and my account was charged for $186.

Pearson Education - Don’t send what they offer

I had to buy the books for Nursing College, I was ordering the books since August 2018 and I ordered them 3 times and I lost count how many times my order was Placed in back order and/ or Canceled customer service tried to solve the issues but the warehouse don’t send the books and cancel the orders. They only send 1 out of 3 books and when they sent the second book sent the wrong one and I had to pay for returning the book. The school uses this company so there is no other option. I don’t recommend them at all. They don’t honor what they agree to do.

Pearson Education - I never ordered a book.

For my psychology class, everything needs to be done online. So, I never needed the book. And apparently, I don’t know what happened but the book got ordered. I just received yesterday, November 7. I never ordered this. I only needed the access code to do my work online. Please give me my money back and your book also. Thanks.

Pearson Education - Worst customer service

I bought 15 books from the Pearson website and they told me that the books would be delivered in 1 day, but now after 1 week I didn’t receive the books. I called the customer service every single day, and every day they said me something different. Really ashamed and stressful experience with Pearson.
