I ordered the wrong book and needed a refund so that I could buy the right one from peaeson. Getting connected to a pearson representative for refunds isn't a thing. You have to write an email and wait. Something that could've been so simple takes days. I'm still waiting for them to get back to me and hopefully refund my momey back so that I can get the right book to do my homework. I gotta wait until monday for them to get back to me since I made the purchase on Friday evening.

Pearson Education - Didn't send book, rep never responded

I requested a desk copy in April on their website for a book I'm teaching this Fall. No book. I requested again on their website before school started. Still no book and it's two weeks into the semester! I contacted the Rep they had listed on the website. Rep Jennifer Shepherd did not get back to me. There was no phone number anywhere on their website; I had to Google to find one. Talked to a customer service rep who said their website was having technical difficulties and their team was aware of it. That pissed me off because if you know orders are just going down *** Why keep letting people make orders?? I told him that Shepherd wasn't responding to me and he told me her manager would be contacted and that it would be dealt with. Said within 24-48 hours I would be getting an email to submit the order again. I needed this book TWO WEEKS AGO and now it's going to be at least Week 3 before I get one. Ridiculous!

Pearson Education - Very poor customer service and lousy shipping process

Details
It takes several days for customer service to response and no phone# available for direct contact. The shipping process is disappointing. I ordered a book on 9/4 night and I was told it would ship on 9/5,and I chose overnight shipping, expecting it on 9/6, but they did not ship it on 9/5. This means I will not get it on the 6th. Why would they offer overnight service if they will not ship it accordingly

Waited on the phone for hours to see why the code i purchased didn't work. This company is a monopoly and doesn't care. To advertise that they have 24-hr customer service but be unavailable is a crime.

Horrible customer service, I waited for 45-50 minutes and no answer. Very unprofessional and not helpful at all. Very disappointed with this educational system thus far. My request is very easy to fix; although, I have had no communication with customer service line. Already, see delays in my school work due to that.

It always freezes and never loads when it is suppose to. When you get error codes and try to connect to customer service it never connects. Definitely do not recommend any school to use horrible program!

I am an instructor and I could not get any assistance with a textbook. I registered three times and left email messages. Over 2 months later and I have yet to receive any return correspondence. This company is terrible.

Pearson Education - Worst customer service

Since the migration of Pearson Higher Education's new systems and business model, as a textbook buyer, I am unable to quickly get a customer service person the phone to explain order status if there is a problem, or whether or not a shipment has actually gone out, sometimes Oasis is not is sync with the warehouse. I was hung up four times and rerouted in the credit department, no one would talk to me about our account. The customer service department is very frustrating from a bookstore perspective, since we are no longer a valued customer, all we get is the run around. It is the worst situation for our college bookstores. I dread having to call to get any issue resolved, and their reference email really does not do me any good, and is not wanted.
