This company like most companys pay indian workers for their customer service. Which is supposed to be the leader on technology. Well they can not figure out how to make the payment option for the access work. Beyond upset and frustrated. After buy the access code they said it had already been used even though i had to actually scratch the film from the code. So i went to buy the access from the site but it has been down for days. Get on top of these issues immediately. The ceo john fallon is incompetent and the company is a pain to deal with. With over 30 minute waits to talk to a customer service representative to technical difficulties taking multiple hours and days to fix for a technological education system is just crazy.

never picks up the phone. They are absolutely useless and horrendous. I cannot believe that they accept this as good customer service. I attempted to use my math lab login code and all I get is an error message on the site so I cannot access my materials and I am on a limited time frame to finish the course work. I have been on hold for over 40 minutes with no pick up at all. i will be sending emails to the head headquarters for this. I will not put up with all of this horrible non-sense while I am attempting to go to school with a full time job. All and all a horrible product with incompetent people providing customer service....if there is any.

Sounds to me like your students should be disheartened knowing their teacher is an ignoramus. You should really spend some time working with ENGLISH XL.

If what you just typed is any indication of your intelligence quotient, I am grateful that we have you quarantined in the middle of the Pacific so that you can't infect any of the mainland. Hope that helps!

Pearson Education - This Company Does Not Care About It's Products or Customers

I purchased a book published by this company. It had an important CD included in the back cover which was discovered to be cracked. I went to Pearson's web site and filled out the problem form which had a category for cracked CDs expecting that Pearson would send a replacement CD. After filling out the form and sending 3 follow up emails, Pearson would not replace the CD. Pearson took a "It's not our problem" stance in reply to every communication. I paid $50 for this book and CD and Pearson refused to replace the CD which couldn't cost more than 50 cents to produce. I'm very disappointing with this company's attitude toward customer service.
