That is no joke. I just tried to contact them and the person I spoke to had terrible grammar and no clue what to do.

All they did was give me guesses at what I could try and then ended up telling me to just contact my school because they had maximized their resources. I am so frustrated it's not even funny.

I've been dealing with this issue for three days now. Nobody gets back to me, and I just had the most unhelpful customer service representative ever.

I'm pretty sure she was working from home, only when I threatened to speak to a supervisor she started talking again. I was basically in a call with 60 minutes of dead air silence. Cannot talk to a supervisor, cannot talk to high technical support.

Nobody can do anything for you. What a piece of ***.

Pearson Education in Tappan, New York - Blocked my account causing me to not be able to submit HW on time

I was using the free trial. When free trial ended, the account got blocked not letting me register, on the SAME day when my homework was due. I called 3 times to the 24/7 customer support. All of them said you have to wait, there is nothing we can do. This whole process tok 4-5 hours. I could've submitted 2 HWs in that time. I am writing this in anger, but to go through this as a student on top of all the school stress, it is just unfair and ridiculous. MyMathLab is AWFUL! AWFUL!

I spend more time waiting on the cursor to spin round and round than I do actually doing the problems.
