Our daughter is attending an online school and their homework relies heavily through Pearson platform. We ordered the code in mid July and got nothing until Aug 20 which is the week before her class starts.
Then we contacted with Pearson, the personal nicely told us the code was delivered on Aug 19 which is about one month from we placed the order online, but couldn't do anything. After hours on the phone, they finally agreed that her school teacher could contact with them through email for a code. Then finally about one week later, the teacher got a code which is invalid at all.
Now her school has already started, she needs to work on her homework. We proposed with their CS to pay for another code.
Then we were told, we would have to wait for another month or so for this dam code. Don't understand what kink of world this company is living...
Now the nice lady from their cs, open a case for us and wish my daughter can have access her homework soon.....
