Upon logging in to Pearson MyLab, the error message "There is a problem with your authentication, possibly due to inactivity. For your safety, you have been logged out and must sign in again to continue." persists.
I am unable to reach customer support through their toll-free number as well as through their "live-chat".
I understand that they are most likely overwhelmed with users attempting to access their content, but seeing as it is final exam time for myself and many other University students, it is pathetic that their support system is unable to handle this issue. I will not be purchasing ANY Pearson products in the future.
