Michael Kelly, Dir, Disabilities Services at Siena College, Loudonville NY, 5187834239 I placed a request for an extext ISBN978-0-13-449251-3, Principles of Marketing Book,with Access Text and provided a receipt from the student from the Siena bookstore . I was directed to Vital Source for the book, but unable to download their app to secure the book so I can provide to the student. Not sure why you simply cant send me the extext version since this book was actually purchased without going thru another third party for accessibility. Thank you

I am trying to adopt a text book for a beginning Spanish Course at a university. I need 2 simple questions answered about using the online version of the book from which to teach. I sent 5 emails to different people over 3 days. I asked them to call me as there is no phone number for them. Their response to my 2 questions was to send a desk copy of the text. I already have a copy, that is why I have the questions. They are not listening and they do not help me, the lowly consumers. I am going to order a book from Vista Higher Learning. It is a pity because I really liked the book Hoy Dia.

I took a PHYSICAL ON CAMPUS IN PERSON night class so I would not need to take an online class. The fact that I cannot pass my math class (that I had paid out of pocket) without this expensive and useless website makes me furious. College is expensive enough without this time consuming add-on. I go to physical in-person tutors when I need help, not this. You can't ask a program questions without a automatic answer. To wait for customer service is a waste. A person can only help so much over the phone or through emails. There should be a warning before you register for classes that a student must also complete these online labs along with your physical class. If I had known, I would have never taken this class. This is my genuine opinion with my experience with this product. I hope I never take a class with this program again.
