As impossible as it is to believe, Pearson hasn't updated its software to support the new Mac OS, Sierra. Thanks, Pearson, you just screwed over most University students.
Upon chatting with a support specialist, I was told that they, "haven't received this complaint yet, and will forward it on to the supervisor." Asking to be connected directly to the supervisor, the call was dropped. Instead of speaking with them, I emailed the Pearson engineering department directly, asking if they intend to support Sierra OS. They told me that they will email me when they are finally supporting it.
How did a company as prominent as Pearson Education miss the boat on supporting the new Mac OS?? Shame on them!
