Pearson Education in Iowa City, Iowa - Site down weekend before final

I am a non-traditional student. I work full time and help maintain a household. I set aside most of my weekend to study for my upcoming final. I have a very high 80's and expect(ed) to boost that to an A. So far this weekend, I have spent zero time studying because the website is down and that is where the resources are. this is the second time during this 5-week summer course that it has been offline all weekend. If I was a 'normal' student this may not be a problem. For me it is disastrous. I have lost nearly half of my study time for my final exam. This speaks to the philosophy of the university to churn though students. Sure it allows then to service more student because the teachers don't have to grade homework. So as usual for book sellers, they got their money and that is all they care about.

Pearson Education in Iowa City, Iowa - E-text Pearson Page unavailable

I am trying to study and the access to the E-text is not available. I called the Support Phone and they do not have any idea what time it will be fixed and I'll be able to access my e-text. I have a lot of contents to study. This is not the first time I have problems with MyMarketingLab Pearson E-text. I already had a very stressful problem with my E-text access just right after buying my Access Code. At that time, I was not able to access the e-text and even after contacting the Pearson Technical Support and spending several hours on line chatting they just fixed it after 4 days.
