I purchased PHSTAT software on 10/14/2018, spent hours on the phone evening of 10/14/2018, and called again on 10/15/2018, and told higher-level support would be contacting me right away via email or home phone number. the receipt stated I would be able to login right away, but that is not the case.
I am assignment due this week and still waiting for access. I prepared this message on 10/15/2018 @ 9:35 p.m. when allegedly would be receiving service right away this evening. Still waiting!

The fact remains still unable to login and download software. I verified account summary information and this is incorrect.
If you are unable to correct this problem, please let the university and our professor know. University is American Public Software, course is BUSN 625 and Professor is Chander Sekar.
