Pearson system is dysfunctional bueracracy at its finest. Wouldn't be surprised if this company is somehow connected to the Clintons.

Customer service was poor, unprofessional and the operators barely understood English. Sometimes the tests themselves were severely flawed and incorrect. As just one example of what I and other students experienced: In both language classes, you would take the final and all the answers would mysteriously disappear after submission. No recourse.

Just three hours of work down the drain.

The professor's solution- screenshot your answers as proof of your work.

This is what happens when colleges outsource to some creepy New World Order type company that panders to Common Core non-sense and revisionist history.

This reviewer shared experience about "all of the above" and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). The author is overall dissatisfied with Pearson Education.
