it is always a pain to use their service. lots of technical difficulties and I this they are giving commissioned to professors to force students to use their worthless system.
when ever I need to do an assignment I have to reset my firefox (yeah!! doesnt work on any other browsers that I have!) otherwise the website does not load up. I called them once before and the customer rep told me that my i7 15" 2013 macbook pro retina is old and i have to update my system!!
they are the worst jut care about the money! the app on ipad does not work and drains battery in just an hour.
