Pearson Education - I had called to cancell and didn't get my refund back yet
I cancelled at May 30, I called pearson customer service number, the lady who answered the phone is very nice. I was talking to her about switch my online homework meterial which is different price but the same content, but I accidentally paid the more expensive one.
Anyway, after two days of class I realized this is too much for me so decide to drop the class in austin community college for physics I. I will take it at August but not in summer. I had purchased the online homework (my teacher required) at May 29, my first day of physics. So far, I haven't heard or received any call or email to inform me about the refund.
And I had checked my bank account that pearson haven't refund me at all.
Please give me a call or email me to explain what is the process to get the refund. You will be deeply appreciated if you respond to this email.
