My son accidentally order two school books and we immediately returned one of them. I have been requesting a refund since May 2018 and it is now October.

NOBODY knows what they are doing there. They have issued two different credit memos, one for more than the amount of the book and one for less. Everytime I call, they just issue another credit memo and tell me it will be processed. I get transferred to multiple people stating that I need to talk to the "credit department" but I somehow never make it to the correct department.

I now believe that this return policy procedure is a scam and they have no intention of returning funds that are ligitimately due.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I have no idea how they stay in business with the amount of incompetence that I have witnessed.

Monetary Loss: $195.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
