My daughter ordered 11 copies of a math lab instead of one. 10 minutes after mistake happened I called.

A month later still waiting on the refund and still have not gotten the access code. Today has been my fourth call to this company. I have been on the phone for two hours. All I want is my money back on my credit card and the access.

I seriously think this company lacks supervision. There is no reason why after five phone calls this can not be resolved. Why is this company still in business. This is horrible customer service.

All they say is I understand. If they understand then get the job done.

No one talks in this company. Everything is done by computer and you wait
