Oh so many things. Submitted a support ticket and never ever get a response.

It sits there for months before you get an email saying: We recently assisted you with the following inquiry to Pearson Customer Support: If this issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may reopen it within the next 14 days by either calling us and referencing your case number, or by replying to this email. We hope you were satisfied with our support! We’d appreciate if you took a moment to share some feedback about your experience via a brief survey. Your feedback will help us to understand what we do well and where we might improve as we strive to provide the best service possible.

No support was ever given. avoid buying anything from this con artist establishment.

Product or Service Mentioned: Pearson Education Technical Support.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: give me the advertised price before I have to report your site to the FTC.
