I have contacted this company 5 times since September 2nd trying to obtain a refund. After 3 attempts 2-1/2 weeks ago I finally received an email that they would refund the money within 10-15 days.

Why a refund should take that long is beyond me (it didn’t take them more than 3 seconds to accept my payments) but that would have been fine if it had been done. Surprise, it wasn’t. There are no phone numbers listed on their website, I assume because they don’t want anyone calling them to complain. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

If you don’t have to use them, DON’T!

Unfortunately universities use them and students have no choice in the matter. Total sham operation.

Product or Service Mentioned: Pearson Education Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $144.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Returning book is impossible, Customer service is nonexistent.
