sent the wrong textbook. contacted them immediately by emails and phone.

said would ship the right one out via 2 day express but 3 weeks later, still didn't ship it. they said there are 50 that books in the warehouse. but they keep asking order information, which we already provided in the first 2 emails & 1's phone call. need the book for my class and will have 1'st exam next week.

it is not fair that they fail to sent the right book, and all related pressure & risk fall on the customer who paid a premium price.

THEY really DON'T CARE & CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST.

why had we call them everyday to remind them to fix their mistake? 3 week is wasted already and nothing is fixed.
