I have been on hold with them for over an hour, after being told it would only be a few minutes. Just for someone to answer and then transfer me to someone else, on hold for another 30 minutes. I dont have anymore time to wait so now i have to hang up and eat the time i just wasted. Thanks for nothing.

I was waiting for over 20 minutes for an online live customer support...I could have sworn they have buttons with text of what to already say. Within one second they can type paragraphs of oh im sorry to hear that bla bla bla and then you tell them your issue and its already known apparently so then they ask if there's anything you need help with. I had to wait 20 minutes for them to tell me they know there is an issue and then when I ask about how long it may take because we have an exam soon...they ignore my question. If I make a comment after that they make a short statement and then go back to the is there anything else in order to get me out of the chat and move on to the next unfortunate customer. I payed 85 dollars for an online book I now don't have access to.
