I was double charged for my purchase a month after the purchase because of “system changes.” The Pearsons page has changed but with my bank account too.. Customer service told me it may take up to 2 weeks, then if it’s not resolved I can open up another case.

This is unacceptable, Pearsons has the capability to refund my moneys. I don’t know why the wait, I lost over $100 and I needed it yesterday to pay my cable bill. Well, no cable, thanks a lot Pearson.

I purchased MyMathLab Early June & they(Pearson) had my credit card number. That’s why I was double charged.
