I requested a desk copy in April on their website for a book I'm teaching this Fall. No book.
I requested again on their website before school started. Still no book and it's two weeks into the semester! I contacted the Rep they had listed on the website. Rep Jennifer Shepherd did not get back to me.
There was no phone number anywhere on their website; I had to Google to find one. Talked to a customer service rep who said their website was having technical difficulties and their team was aware of it. That pissed me off because if you know orders are just going down *** Why keep letting people make orders?? I told him that Shepherd wasn't responding to me and he told me her manager would be contacted and that it would be dealt with.
Said within 24-48 hours I would be getting an email to submit the order again.
I needed this book TWO WEEKS AGO and now it's going to be at least Week 3 before I get one. Ridiculous!
