Pearson is a not friendly to it's customers.it is only interested in selling it's bools and getting its retuns on the sale of books.Any other issues that comes after the purchased of books is a challenge.Pearson is not ready to learn and get solutions to first time issues in respect to the purchase of their products by customers.they only frustrate its customers and i'm not the only customer with this perception
