MyLab is extremely slow

9/8/2020 I have been trying to complete my assignments since 2:00 pm. Very slow! I couldnt even finish the 3rd question!!!! Almost 10 hours of torture!

Takes forever to load MyMathLab

Okay, so last year before this corona crap happened, MyMathLab was working just fine. No problems loading, everything was smooth. This semester, takes forever to load just one step. So my homework ends up taking twice as long. I get it, everyone is online doing their homework now but since you're the company in charge and not me you should allocate more time to maintenance on your servers. I am paying you for this service. My wifi is at 110 Download so it isn't me. You are costing me more time that I am already short of. Please fix this. Sincerely, A truly pissed off consumer.

I cannot log in. I have changed my password and cannot access the site I am typing it correctly.

So this morning I have been trying to sign in multiple times and I cannot get in. I changed my password and it is still telling me that my password and username are not correct and then when I changed it and I typed it in to login it told me I had to register which I already have.

In taking an online class that uses Pearson e-textbook I was unable to Hear the audio from the book. Pearsons customer service is through chat. There is no way to talk to a live customer service representative to help you. I chatted for over two hours and still was unable to resolve that issue. I will have to drop the next course I have that as a Pearson e-book. The customer service people are friendly but if you cant talk to someone they cant fix your problem.

I paid for eText and after using it for a couple of days, was not able to login anymore. I literally spent probably over 8 hours just trying to contact them by email, text and waiting on phone listening to their elevator music for an agent to pick up... in fact Im still listening to the standby music as I text this waiting for the next available representative to assist me with my refund.

User's recommendation: I would use a better rated company for what you’re looking for. Not quality customer care or web builders.

Really Un-Organized

So my student was in his ELA and had a quiz due that day. He tried to get on it but it kept taking him to his draft, which is due Friday, and he had another quiz the next day and couldn't do it cause of the same reason. If my son is getting bad grades because of late work that he couldn't do because of messy organization, then this website shouldn't try helping my student.

User's recommendation: Please be patient with your student. Cause most of it isn't that put together in the website.
