Another account has been verified that belongs to me and for security reasons account is temporarily locked and the case has been opened with customer team support but didnt give any reply yet. I already select my test date on 17 feb 2021 at 1.30pm in Auckland symond street. I am only waiting for the reply.

Access to statcrunch unavailable

I was directed to a customer service number that was unable to pick up and did not seem to be a number for customer service. I have been trying to resolve this problem for two weeks and as of today still nothing has been solved

Access to my course

Got charged twice for one thing

I used my debt card to purchase something but I would not go thought. I then used my credit card. It went through. I looked back at my debt card and I was charged on that as well. I only for one thing for 69.99. Not two. I should not have paid twice.

Inability to register access code

My Health and Fitness course does not have a course ID for the access code I want to register. I have tried to even register this code through Pearson without going through the course and I have not been able to do so. I have already opened the seal and revealed the access code and I am aware of your return policy. However, since I am unable to use my purchased access code I would like a refund. Unless you all are able to provide me with efficient steps on how I can retrieve my electronic textbook. Thank you

Dear Pearson board team, i have been waiting since 3 days i request immediate action .. ik the waiting period is 2 weeks but ik this is not my fault ... and the case system shld look on to the case as fast as they can ... i have been denied to sit for the rbt exam from ur part since the error was on ur part and I don't want to pay the Pearson for the rbt exam since it was the technical error from their side .Can someone from higer manager can get in touch with me asap. this is a sincere appeal to make this whole testing experience a smooth and a successful one . To schedule my rbt exam , without paying Pearson again

Mylab mastering is way overpriced

When I pay $70-$100 for website access I expect it to work flawlessly most of the time. This website constantly crashes or simply does not load content OFTEN; free websites work better than this. I don't understand why its so expensive either, pearson just loves forcing college students to throw away money. Anything associated with pearson is overpriced.

E-text issues

Purchased e-text online directly from Pearson, but unable to link it to Canvas for specific college online course. When attempting to remove the only option was online chat that repeatedly got disconnected or simple could not answer the question. Ended up cancelling the order and re-ordering directly from Canvas. However, it find it most irritating when you are unable to speak to a person to resolve an issue with the unprecedented times due to pandemic often used to cover for poor or inadequate customer service. I understand reps are working from home, but feel they could still pick up a phone and speak to someone, not just be limited to the time consuming and often inadequate online chat support!!

After a week, Finally got the number to call: 1-80*-***-**** Option 4. Just say "refund request" and have your order number. You will get jerked around a lot, just finished a 20 minute argument with phone rep who couldn't deal with emails just to get a confirmation. No refund yet, it may take 6 weeks. :-(

Website links not functioning.

I am trying to navigate through pearson to get my book. Not worth the trouble. The links won't work, it looks nice but lacks proper functionality, practicality, and is a waste of time trying to get help for the problems that they should have fixed by now.

Charged Twice

I bought a textbook last year and have been receiving monthly collection statements for this purchase despite having financial statements proving this book has already been purchased. It is frustrating and I've sent countless emails to Pearson with either no reply or demands that I pay again.

Quit harassing me with collection statements each and every month and drop the charge off of iPay.

They are ripping people off

They just stole my money. Just ordered "My Programming Lab" and paid $47.91 but no access. Nothing. No customer service, no nothing. I will report this company to the federal authorities as a fraud / robbery perpetrator in addition to my bank.
