Pearson has acknowledged that they are having some problems and they say to try again in a few hours. It has been four days and there is zero visible progress.

I understand a momentary issue but if I am missing multiple days of access that I have paid for in a very expensive packet that is not okay and I am not receiving the service I have paid for.

And Pearson tech/customer support is nearly useless as well considering it is very hard to find an actual phone number or email to get in contact with and their virtual help machine just tells me I must be typing it wrong, and then puts me on a waitlist of 73 people and THEN bumps me further back to number 75. Not pleased with the product obviously considering I can't access it, and also disappointed with the lack of customer support
