I had ordered a book through Pearson. They had emailed me saying the book was on backorder.

In the email they sent me it clearly stated that if you would like to cancel the order reply to the email, which I did. I got another email with a case number for my cancellation. One week later they sent me another email saying they are working on my order and it will ship within a couple of weeks. I emailed them again saying that I cancelled my order.

A few days later I got another email saying they were getting my book ready to ship. After some searching I found their customer service number and called them. (which by the way they don't even have their number on their website!) Even though I had cancelled my order two weeks before they shipped it, I still got the book sent to me and had to pay to return the damn thing!

Horrible service! Wtf Wtf Wtf Wtf
