Every issue I have had (and it's been the second day) has ended in me having to solve it on my own - wasting hours of time trying to figure out something simple. For example, for a weird issue with linking my account to BB I was directed to watch a nonexistent video.

I have used their support service twice so far. Both times their answer has been "contact your school". Worst customer service I've seen in years.

While other companies have tried to improve relations...these idiots are stuck in the 90s. That's what happens when you outsource to is 100% the fault of the company, and these schools who are supporting this.
