I ordered what was supposed to be an ebook from their website. They took the money from my account immediately of course but then “shipped” my access code with no tracking number.

The code never showed up I called customer service they told me the would look into what happened. After getting the run around for 3 weeks after the book was supposed to arrive the told me I ordered the wrong item and to repurchase after they issued a refund. The refund was supposed to come between 5-10 days. This is day 13 with no response to my email and no refund in my account.

This has to be the most unprofessional group of people I’ve ever had to deal with. Beware!
